Dear Colleagues,
It is with great pleasure to inform you about the 2nd International Congresses on New Horizons in Education and Social Sciences (ICES - 2019) that will be held in Istanbul, TURKEY from 18 to 19 June 2019. The congress is organized by International Scientific Research Association & Journal (IBAD). ICES - 2019 Congress is open to all scholars, academicians, researchers, teachers and students across all education and social sciences.
2nd International Congresses on New Horizons in Education and Social Sciences (ICES - 2019) will provide a scientific assembly for all participants all over the world to explore and discuss the different topics. The congress will also provide an opportunity to learn about the current issues such as trends, latest statistical methodologies, best practices, statistical design, analysis and conclusion in education and social sciences research.
ICES - 2019 Congress aims to bring together academics, researchers, scientists and graduate students in education and social science fields to exchange and share their experiences, studies, new ideas, research findings and results about all aspects of topics related the congress. ICES - 2019 Congress also provides opportunities to participants to discuss the theoretical methods and practical solutions adopted about innovations and developments in the scientific environment.
Papers submitted in ICES - 2019 Congress will publish in ?e-book of abstracts? and "proceedings e-book" with editor and ISBN. The proceedings should be well-written in terms of language use (the language of proceedings can be English or Turkish). Besides the proceedings e-book of the ICES - 2019 Congress will be sent to be indexed in Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index.
Meanwhile, if the authors demand send manuscripts will be considered for the publication in the Journal of the International Scientific Research (IBAD) (e-ISSN: 2536-4642) after review process. DOI number will be attended to each article published in the IBAD. There is no submission and publishing cost for the participations of the congress.
The congress languages are English or Turkish.

Değerli Akademisyenler, Araştırmacılar;
Sizleri 18-19 Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında İstanbul'da düzenleyeceğimiz 2. Uluslararası Eğitim ve Sosyal Bilimlerde Yeni Ufuklar (ICES - 2019)adlı kongremize davet etmekten büyük mutluluk duymaktayız. Kongremiz, International Scientific Research Association & Journal (IBAD)tarafından düzenlenmektedir. Uluslararası katılıma açık olan kongremiz, özellikle eğitim ve sosyal bilimlerin her alanındaki sorunlar, gelişmeler ve değişimler ile ilgili bir platform oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır.
IBAD tarafından şu ana kadar Madrid, İstanbul, Üsküp, İstanbul, Uppsala'da olmak üzere 5 uluslararası kongre düzenlenmiş, 11 kongre kitabı ve 150'den fazla akademik makale yayınlanmıştır.
ICES - 2019'de sunulan bildiri özetleri ve tam metinleri e-kitap formatında ISBN li ve editörlü olarak yayımlanacaktır. Bildirilerin tam metinlerini göndermek katılımcılarımızın tercihine bağlıdır. Bildiriler kitabında yayımlanan tüm tam metin bildirilere ücretsiz olarak DOI numarası atanacaktır. İsteyen katılımcılarımız bildiri tam metinlerini makale olarak Journal of the International Scientific Research (IBAD) dergisine gönderebilir. Hakemlerden olumlu rapor alan makaleler, dergimizin gelecek sayısında ücretsiz olarak yayımlanacak ve yayımlanan tüm makalelere ücretsiz olarak DOI numarası atanacaktır.
Kongreye eğitim ve sosyal bilimler alanında çalışan bütün bilim insanları, akademisyenler, araştırmacılar, uzmanlar, öğrenciler, öğretmenler ve ilgililer davetlidir. Kongrenin dünyanın dört bir yanından gelen bilim insanlarını buluşturan, insan ve toplum bilimleri alanındaki sorunların, değişme ve gelişmelerin takip edilmesini sağlayan anlamlı bir etkinlik olacağına inanıyoruz.
Bildiriler İngilizce veya Türkçe sunulabilir.
Kongre ile ilgili duyurumuzu üniversitenizin insan ve toplum bilimleri ile ilgili fakültelerinin/bölümlerinin/ana bilim dallarının öğretim elemanlarıyla paylaşmanız üniversitenizden gelecek bildiri başvurularının ve katılımın artmasını, ayrıca çalışmalarınızın uluslararası platforma taşınmasını sağlayacaktır.
Bu etkinliğe vereceğiniz destekler için şimdiden teşekkür ederiz. Sizleri ve üniversitenizdeki bilim insanlarını 18-19 Haziran 2019?da dünyanın önemli kültür merkezlerinden biri olan İstanbul?daki kongremizde görmek bizi mutlu edecektir.
